Support Event Teams

Professional support team members

Each event from the premium and premium plus classes most commonly includes the following support event teams:

Medical Support Team

A team that may or may not act interveningly; the team has an obligation to assess the medical crisis it oversees before requesting intervention from the nearest medical institution in the location where the crisis is occurring. The team's obligation is to obtain information about the patient's condition in the first 12 hours and decide whether to inform the contacts the patient has provided.

Afterward, the team returns to the event. The medical team maintains a list of all nearby medical institutions with their contact numbers.

The event is not obliged to pay for any hospital stay or emergency interventions to treat the patient. All such costs are the responsibility of the patient or their insurance.

With each departure from the event, the event is not obligated to refund any funds already paid.

Security Team

The security team keeps a database of contact numbers for all police stations along the event route. It may act preventively but not take action in situations involving injured persons.

The team's role is to observe the entire event, guests, and vehicles. Any observed illegal activities must be reported to the police, hotel security, and the event leader. The event does not bear any moral or financial obligations for the actions that may result from conflicts with the event's security.

Upon completion of police procedures, the security team must return to the event.

Technical Team

The technical team is responsible for intervening in case of any vehicle defects, determining the severity of the defect, and whether it can be fixed on-site or if vehicle transportation to the nearest service center is necessary, in accordance with the owner's wishes.

The transportation of the vehicle by tow truck to the nearest center is at the expense of the event. Any remote transportation is the responsibility of the owner.

Two nights in a reputable hotel near the nearest auto service center for the client are at the expense of the event if the vehicle is removed from the event location at the owner's request, beyond the reach of the nearest service. Continued participation in the event is arranged with the participant's choice.

With each departure from the event, the event is not obligated to refund any funds already paid.

Upon the vehicle's completion at the service center, the technical team reverts to the event.

Photo Video Team

This is a team that brings its own photo-video equipment and utilizes it with their professional personnel to prepare photo and video material. The event does not assume any responsibility for any damage to the equipment.

This team acts in accordance with the event's agreed-upon strategy.

Guiding Team

A portion of the team consists of internal guides who correspond with local guides. Together, they provide comprehensive guidance at the locations visited in coordination with the guide leader.

The event does not assume any responsibility for the quality of food, accommodation, or the quality of the guiding team at the locations visited during the tours.

At all events, participants are responsible for their vehicles, local laws, traffic regulations, adherence to event rules, and the conduct of all institutions visited during the tours.

Gastronomy Teams

The option to join gastronomy teams is not mandatory for every event, but it is not excluded. These are culinary teams that prepare attractive and endemic dishes for the climates where the car show takes place.
