If driving on a racetrack is announced, you will have the opportunity to participate. However, for any damage that occurs on the racetrack, the event is not responsible.
It is advisable to have the vehicle you intend to use for the event delivered by a towing truck. A budget is allocated for this purpose. Prior to the event, the need for such a service is announced, and SeeD can provide information on how much of the cost can be covered from the budget. Naturally, insurance for the transportation, as well as the choice of the transportation company, falls under the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Our team includes a technical expert who can provide initial assessment, guidance, and consultation for the breakdown. If the vehicle is immobile or requires immediate intervention, our technical team, in coordination with the vehicle owner, will call a towing service that can transport the vehicle to the nearest service center. A portion of the cost for transporting the vehicle to the nearest service center, as listed by the technical expert, is covered by the event budget. If the driver and co-driver need to stay overnight due to their vehicle’s breakdown and thus cannot participate in the rest of the event, the cost of one night’s stay with breakfast at a 5-star hotel is covered by the event budget. If the vehicle breakdown is resolved easily and the participants can rejoin the event, they are welcome to return.
The medical team that accompanies the car parade has a list of medical centers along the entire route. It is their duty to call for rapid medical assistance and, if necessary, contact the emergency contact provided by the participant. The event budget is not designed to cover any medical activities or treatments for the event participants.
Yes, participants are welcome to use qualifying rental cars for the event. Recommended vehicle categories for these types of events include premium individual cars, fun convertibles, fun coupes, supercars, and hypercars. The event management can recommend local rental car agencies, but it is the responsibility of the participant to book, arrange, and pay for the rental car. The event management distances itself from any issues or disputes between the renter and the rental car service provider. Renters are required to inform and obtain consent from the rental agency if they wish to brand the vehicle with stickers from the event.
Yes, a team of photographers, videographers, and drone operators is an integral part of the event. The event management owns all the material produced and holds all the copyrights, but there is a willingness to provide a unique keepsake to all individual event participants.
The cost of fuel and tolls is the responsibility of each event participant. Similarly, any fines for traffic violations during the event are borne by the participants themselves.
Yes, every event is covered by Passenger Health Insurance for each participant and for the event staff. The passenger policy provides health assistance, accident insurance, and other travel-related assistance.
Most often, our events are also covered by “Event Cancellation Insurance.”
In general, by signing the agreement, participants confirm their agreement to non-refund of the fees. Details about under what circumstances fees are returned are determined by the event type.
Participants’ luggage, as well as its contents, are considered strictly private matters for the participants themselves. Therefore, the participants bear full responsibility for their luggage, and the Organizer is not responsible for it.
